Our rates and packages are broken into two categories - Wedding Packages and Event Rates. Please inquire about any specific, custom services you might have. We would be happy to tailor our services to fit your specific needs and budget.

All productions are shot on broadcast quality 3-chip digital video cameras. Audio is captured with wireless "clip-on" microphones and high-powered shotgun microphones. The entire production is edited and finished (including intro titles, "stock" background music or music of your choice, and credits, depending on your package selection) on industry-standard nonlinear editing equipment. The master footage is exported to high quality DVD directly from the computer, which means your final edited copy will be "first generation," and have the highest quality picture and sound possible.

"The Basic" - $600

- Single camera coverage (Pre-Ceremony, Ceremony, Post-Ceremony)
- Wireless microphone system (attached to Groom) during the Ceremony
- Single camera coverage of Reception - up to 1 hour
- Editing, title graphics, and 2 "stock" background music selections
- 1 standard-play DVD, including disc label and paper sleeve

"The Standard" - $800

- Single camera coverage (Pre-Ceremony, Ceremony, Post-Ceremony)
- Wireless microphone system (attached to Groom) during the Ceremony
- Single camera coverage of Reception - up to 3 hours
- Editing, title and credit graphics, and 2 "stock" music selections
- 2 DVD's with interactive menus, including full color disc labels and deluxe DVD case

"The Deluxe" - $1100

- Dual camera coverage (Pre-Ceremony, Ceremony, Post-Ceremony)
- Wireless microphone system (attached to Groom) during the Ceremony
- Single camera coverage of Reception - up to 4 hours
- Editing, title and credit graphics, and up to 3 client-provided music selections
- 3 DVD's with interactive menus, including full color disc labels and deluxe DVD case

"The Premium" - $1800

- Video "Photo album" Intro (up to 50 client-provided photographs set to music)
- Dual camera coverage (Pre-Ceremony, Ceremony, Post-Ceremony)
- Wireless microphone system (attached to Groom) during the Ceremony
- Dual camera coverage of Reception - up to 5 hours
- Editing, title and credit graphics, and up to 4 client-provided music selections
- 3 DVD's with interactive menus, including full color disc labels and deluxe DVD case

Additional Services

- Additional Videographer - $100 per hour
- DVD (standard-play) copies - $30
- DVD (deluxe interactive DVD) copies - $40
- VHS copies (cardboard case with labels) - $20

* Catholic weddings are charged an additional fee depending on overall length of Ceremony.

Glossary of Terms

Pre-Ceremony - the events leading up to the Ceremony - outside and inside footage of location, arrival of bride and groom, arrival of guests, bride and groom getting ready, comments, picture taking, etc.

Ceremony - actual Wedding service, coverage from the seating of the grandparents/parents to the dismissal of the guests.

Post-Ceremony - immediately after the Ceremony - coverage of the picture taking of the wedding party and family/friends.

Reception - coverage from arrival of wedding party until the time specified in the wedding package. This includes first dances, cake cutting, toasts, guest comments, etc.

Single camera coverage - videography coverage using one camera with one operator.

Dual camera coverage - videography coverage using two cameras with two operators.

Premiere Event Package - $900

- Two-camera setup with two camera operators
- 3 hours of videotaping ($100 each additional hour)

- 2 DVD's with interactive menus, including full color disc labels and deluxe DVD case

Premiere Package upgrade (+$250)
50 photos set to music as an introduction, special effect transitions, and end credits

Payment Terms

One third of payment (non refundable) is due upon contract signing, with remaining balance due on the day of the wedding/event. Personal check, money order, or cash is accepted.
